Our Year 6 program equips students with the tools they need to navigate the transition into adolescence with confidence and self compassion. Standing on the threshold of this transformative stage, students are prepared for what lies ahead and learn to navigate it healthily and safely. Through this program they discover how to properly care for their wellbeing, build positive relationships, and develop mental and physical resilience. Face to Face Program
Our program offers students the tools to confidently navigate adolescence by focusing on the three key pillars: The Changing Adolescent Brain, Nutrition, and Sleep, Light, & Technology. Through interactive workshops, students gain essential insights into how their bodies and minds are transforming, while learning practical strategies to maintain their well-being. This fun, engaging, impactful program empowers Year 6 students to build self compassion, form positive habits, and take charge of their health in this crucial developmental stage.

Program Duration
6 sessions. Each session runs for 1 hour, designed to fit seamlessly into the schools schedule.

Tailored Timing
Schools can schedule the 6 sessions flexibly, such as 1 session per week, daily, or multiple sessions weekly, to complete the program within 6 weeks.
